What You’ll Do

  • Handle escalations. Address and resolve customer complaints by providing alternative solutions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries to deal with daily issues. 
  • Explain new work policies, rules, and procedures to the team members. 
  • Conduct training and coach the department's employees on the best practices. 
  • Participate in employees' onboarding and offboarding. 
  • Recommend services improvements by collecting information and analyzing customers' feedback. 

What You’ll Need

  • Fluency in English. 
  • Proven experience in handling tough and angry clients.
  • Ability to multi-task and engage people in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
