Your Role in Brief:

As a proofreader you’ll be in charge of monitoring and evaluating chats and calls and using you keen sense of attention to details to detect possible enhancements. You’ll evaluate content and structure, and support agents in enhancing their communication and service.


What you’ll do:

  • Listen in on customer service calls and evaluate their performance
  • You’ll use your attention to details to monitor agents’ chats and detect gaps that can be enhanced
  • You’ll use your excellent communication skills to coach and guide agents in order to enhance their performance when needed
  • You’ll act as a mentor and guide and provide constructive criticism to the departments you will be monitoring
  • You’ll keep track of enhancements and monitor progress to see if suggested guidance was applied or not.


What you’ll need:

  • An exceptional sense of detail orientation
  • Perfect English communication written and spoken
  • The ability to maintain focus for lengthy periods of time
